04 - 1 large red bell pepper, cut into strips
05 - 2 large carrots, cut into thin sticks
06 - 1 bunch celery, cut into sticks
07 - 1 cup sugar snap peas

→ Garnishes and Dipping Sauce

08 - 2 black olives
09 - 1 cup ranch dressing or hummus

# Directions:

01 - Wash all vegetables thoroughly. Peel carrots and cucumbers if desired. Cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets. Slice cucumbers lengthwise into long planks. Cut red bell pepper into thin strips. Slice carrots into thin sticks. Cut celery into manageable sticks. Trim snap peas.
02 - Arrange cauliflower florets in a large oval shape on your serving tray to create the bunny's face. Create a small separate cluster of cauliflower florets positioned to the side for the fluffy tail.
03 - Position cucumber slices vertically above the face in elongated oval shapes to form the bunny ears. Fill the center of each ear with red bell pepper strips for a colorful accent.
04 - Place cherry tomatoes on the lower portion of the cauliflower face to create rosy cheeks. Arrange black olives as eyes positioned in the upper face area. Place a small triangular piece of red bell pepper in the center for the nose.
05 - Arrange carrot sticks extending outward from both sides of the face area to create whiskers. Position them symmetrically for a balanced appearance.
06 - Use celery sticks and sugar snap peas to fill any gaps around the bunny shape and add green color accents. Arrange additional cherry tomatoes around the perimeter for decoration.
07 - Place ranch dressing or hummus in a small bowl. Position the bowl near the bunny arrangement for easy dipping. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
