04 - While chicken sears, combine tomatoes, red onion, garlic, basil, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
05 - Top each chicken breast with bruschetta mixture and mozzarella slices.
06 - Transfer skillet to oven and bake for 15-18 minutes until chicken reaches internal temperature of 165°F and cheese is melted.
07 - Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with extra basil and balsamic glaze drizzle.
08 - Serve immediately with fresh salad or roasted vegetables.
