02 - In a large bowl, mix napa cabbage, carrots, green onions, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Toss thoroughly and refrigerate until ready to serve.
03 - Whisk gochujang, mayonnaise, lime juice, and honey in a small bowl until smooth. Reserve for assembly.
04 - Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Add marinated beef and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is cooked through and caramelized.
05 - Heat flour tortillas in a dry skillet or wrap in a damp paper towel and warm in the microwave until soft and pliable.
