01 - 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, diced
02 - 1 tbsp olive oil

# Directions:

01 - Combine diced chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Toss until evenly coated.
02 - Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add seasoned chicken and cook for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
03 - Wash and chop all vegetables as specified: dice cucumber, slice bell pepper, halve cherry tomatoes, shred cabbage, and slice avocado.
04 - Place avocado, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a blender. Process until smooth and creamy, adding water 1 tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
