01 - Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Gently separate and fluff kataifi pastry strands with your fingers.
03 - Brush each feta cheese piece lightly with melted butter.
04 - Spread out a portion of kataifi pastry, place one feta piece at the end, then wrap to fully enclose it, tucking ends underneath.
05 - Repeat with remaining feta and kataifi pastry. Set wrapped pieces on the prepared baking sheet.
06 - Generously brush the outside of each kataifi parcel with additional melted butter.
07 - Bake for 18–20 minutes, until pastry is crisp and golden brown.
08 - Remove from oven. Drizzle honey over each parcel, sprinkle with oregano or thyme, sesame seeds, and black pepper. Serve warm.
