05 - Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp.
06 - While fries bake, gently heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a small skillet over low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant without browning. Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley.
07 - Transfer baked fries to a large bowl. Pour the garlic-parsley mixture over them and toss well to coat.
