01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper for easy cleanup and setting.
02 - Combine chocolate and coconut oil if using in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until melted and smooth.
03 - Hold each pretzel rod by one end and dip about two-thirds into melted chocolate. Tap gently to remove excess coating.
04 - Immediately sprinkle pink decorations over chocolate-coated section while wet, rotating pretzel to cover all sides evenly.
05 - Place coated pretzels on prepared baking sheet. Let set at room temperature for 30 minutes or refrigerate for 10 minutes until chocolate hardens completely.
