01 - Place avocados, cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt into a food processor or blender.
02 - Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. Adjust sweetness to taste if desired.
03 - Divide the mousse evenly among 4 serving glasses or bowls.
04 - Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to improve texture (optional but recommended).
05 - Just prior to serving, garnish each portion with fresh raspberries, optional dark chocolate shavings, and mint leaves if using.
