01 - 7 oz whole block feta cheese

02 - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
03 - 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

→ Honey Drizzle

04 - 2 tablespoons honey
05 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano or 1 teaspoon fresh chopped oregano
06 - 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, optional

→ To Serve

07 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or thyme, optional
08 - Warm crusty bread, pita, or crackers

# Directions:

01 - Set oven temperature to 400°F (200°C).
02 - Place feta block in a small ovenproof baking dish. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
03 - Transfer baking dish to oven and bake for 18–20 minutes, until cheese is softened and golden at the edges.
04 - Combine honey, oregano, and crushed red pepper flakes in a small bowl.
05 - Remove feta from oven and immediately pour honey mixture over the cheese.
06 - Top with chopped fresh parsley or thyme if desired.
07 - Present hot, accompanied by warm crusty bread, pita, or crackers for dipping.
